Gait Analysis done here!

Saturday Bike & Run is proud to offer gait analysis and shoe fitting to all of our runners! The process involves a quick run on the treadmill followed by a video critique of your running style and an overview of any possible bio-mechanical deficiencies. We’ll find out if you need any stability in your shoes and get you on the right track!

Injury Prevention Clinic

On Thursday, September 8th at 7:30 pm we will be featuring Dr. Clay Gasparovich from Celanese Chiropractic to speak about injury prevention in endurance sports. The talk will center around running and cycling, but will touch on swimming as well. Triathletes you won’t want to miss this!
